GOLFER'S ELBOW

Golfer's elbow is an injury that causes pain to the inner part of the elbow. Clinically, it is known as medial epicondylitis. As the name suggests, golfer's elbow commonly occurs among golf players, but any repetitive activities of the wrist or fingers can result in this condition.

Golfer's elbow can get better with rest from activities that caused the pain. However some techniques and exercise therapy can help to improve the speed of recovery.
